Next Generation Ministries

Partnering with Parents to Make Disciples
And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise. - Deuteronomy 6:6-7

We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered teaching. Our Next Generation ministries include children and students ages 0-18, preschool through high school.

We believe that Scripture is clear that parents are the primary disciple-makers in the lives of their children. Our hope is to partner with parents, coming alongside them in the discipleship process. We do this by helping parents build a strong, gospel-centered foundation for their kids.

“It is easier to build strong children than to repair broken men.” - Frederick Douglass

LEVELS - SLF Kids /// Sunday

Preschool (Birth-1st)

In our Preschool ministry, we strive to create the first building blocks of a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We teach from the Scriptures and help parents share with their kids who God is and what He has done in Jesus Christ.

Elementary (2nd-5th)

In our Elementary ministry, we work to continue building up a strong, gospel-centered foundation for our children. We do this by teaching our kids about the nature and character of God. Our hope is to partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by creating environments and resources that center on the gospel of Jesus Christ.

LEVELS - SLF Children & Students (Wednesday)

Preschool (Birth-1st) with Maria Heaney

Elementary (2nd-6th) with Claudia Fuse

Students (7th-12th) with Paul & Jahyda Villegas

In our Middle School and High School ministry, we seek to increase that strong, gospel-centered foundation in our students through learning and studying the Word of God and living out biblical community. Our hope is to partner with parents to keep building gospel maturity in our students and help them grow in deeper relationships with each other, their leaders and, most importantly, the Lord.
